Banking During the Pandemic
Due to the increase in COVID-19 levels in Western New York and to protect the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and community, Evans Bank will be temporarily closing all of our bank branch lobbies effective Monday, November 23, 2020 and directing customers to branch drive-thru windows and ATMs as well as online, mobile and telephone banking.
Customers will also be able to bank by appointment at Evans branches, which will maintain their normal hours of operation, with the exception of the Downtown Buffalo branch which is temporarily closed.
Please call the Evans Customer Experience Center at 1.844.MYEVANS (1.844.693.8267) for service or with any questions and our team will be happy to assist you.
