  • Requiring all associates who are feeling ill to stay home
  • Monitoring personal travel and prohibiting non-critical business travel for all our associates
  • Ensuring that our branches, offices and ATMs are being cleaned thoroughly and regularly
  • Requiring employees who handle cash at our branches to wear gloves

What You Can Do

  • Stay home when you are not feeling well – please do not visit our branches if you are ill
  • Sign-up for our mobile banking app, online banking and/or telephone banking to bank with us remotely
  • Become familiar with our ATM locations via our website. We are a member of the Allpoint ATM network which means you can access cash at over 55,000 ATMs nationwide surcharge-free
  • Call customer service with any additional questions at 926.3313

Take steps to stay healthy

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands
  • Visit the CDC website at www.cdc.gov for additional information
