The resources provided here contain valuable information to help everyone navigate these uncharted waters together.
Banking During the Pandemic
We will be re-opening our branch lobbies effective June 2, with the exception of Downtown Buffalo (remains closed), Penfield (drive through only), and Webster (drive through only). The change to our hours can be found HERE. As we reopen the lobbies to the public, our branch offices will look a little different as we have installed wellness shields at teller windows and desks and physical distancing dots on the floor. All associates and clients will be asked to wear masks, and hand sanitizer will be plentiful. We look forward to the opportunity to again safely serve our customers in our branch lobbies as we cautiously and strategically move forward with our reopening plan.

Loan Payment and Fee Relief
We are here to help. As a community bank with a 100-year history of supporting our customers in times of need, we are here to support the communities we serve, now and through the uncertainties yet to come. We have a number of solutions for customers who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19, including fee rebates and loan payment relief.

Media reports have pointed out fraudulent activity specifically regarding the virus being perpetrated—everything from selling non-existent medical supplies to calls asking people for their personal information.
