Ashleah Canastraro and Randy Glenn have been promoted to Bank Officer and Assistant Vice President, respectively.

Ashleah Canastraro, Program Manager
Since joining Evans in 2011, Canastraro’s role has expanded from the daily operations of the Company’s referral program to becoming Program Manager of the system, installing new components, delivering formal training to associates, and providing reporting and resources. Canastraro was the Chairperson of the Company’s most successful United Way Campaign in 2017, and currently serves as the Chairperson of the Evans Community Commitment Team.

She holds an Associate’s degree from Erie Community College. Canastraro serves on the Hospice Summer Affair Committee supporting Hospice Buffalo, in addition to volunteering with the Lothlorien Therapeutic Riding Center, a non-profit organization providing  horsemanship and horseback riding opportunities for individuals of all ages with cognitive, physical, emotional and learning disabilities.

Randy Glenn, CL Account Representative
Glenn joined The Evans Agency (TEA) in 2014 as a Commercial Lines Account Executive, responsible for commercial sales and service for Western New York businesses. Previously, Glenn served as the Sales Manager for Buffalo RV. Since joining The Evans Agency, Glenn has obtained his Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AIA) Designation, and in addition, obtained his cyber insurance certification, making him one of a handful of insurance agents in Western New York who have background in this emerging and critical line of insurance.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Management from Houghton College.
