Important Company Announcement

As was announced on September 9, 2024, Evans Bank will be merging with NBT Bank—a well-established community bank with New York State roots.  Their culture and values are closely aligned with ours and we are very excited to bring the next generation of community banking to Buffalo and Rochester through this partnership. It is business as usual so there is no need for any action on your part. There are no planned branch closures as part of the merger.  Over time, you will hear more about NBT’s offerings as we get closer to becoming NBT in the second quarter of 2025.
