New services give customers the opportunity to bank whenever, wherever, and however they’d like


Evans Bank (parent company: Evans Bancorp, Inc., NYSE MKT: EVBN) has officially announced the launch of mobile banking check deposits and online loan applications.

Evans’ mobile banking deposit allows customers to deposit checks right from their smart phone or tablet. It’s as simple as logging into mobile banking, selecting a checking, savings, or money market account; entering a check amount, and snapping a picture of the front and back of the check. The service is available when using the Evans mobile banking app for Apple or Android devices.

Evans’ new online loan applications allow anyone the opportunity to safely and securely apply for a mortgage, home equity, or other consumer loan within 20 minutes or less at The online loan application service provides educational decision-making resources and walks applicants through the entire loan process, step-by-step. Applicants can even stop, save, and return later to complete the application, and customer support is available throughout the process.

Evans has also added additional convenience for customers by adding evening and weekend service hours in their Customer Experience Call Center. New call center hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evans Customer Experience can be reached by calling (716) 926-3313.
