Evans Bank has welcomed Jessica Ford to its community banking and insurance team as its Customer Experience Center Supervisor. She is responsible for enhancing the Evans customer service experience and supervising, training, and developing call center staff. Ford also oversees service aspects of the Evans Bank Video Teller Machine experience.

Ford joins Evans with nearly 15 years of experience in banking and financial services. She previously worked for M&T Bank as a Personal Banker and Customer Service Mentor in their West Seneca, Williamsville, and Cheektowaga branches. During her time with M&T, Ford also served as a Call Center Specialist and Customer Service Team Coach.

Ford holds her Series 6 securities license for mutual funds, variable annuities and insurance premiums; she is also certified in life, accident, and health insurance. Ford is a Notary Public and registered mortgage loan originator. In the community, she volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Western New York as a troop leader and mentor. Ford resides in Orchard Park, N.Y. with her family.
