Evans Bank has announced the promotion of two Western New York community bankers to Bank Officer – Stacy Forness and Cindy Gracon.

Stacy Forness serves as Operations Supervisor. She is responsible for managing critical customer facing operational tasks, identifying and implementing efficiencies, updating policies and procedures, and assisting with special projects.

Forness joined Evans in 2004. She is an ACH subject matter expert and has earned the designation of Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) from the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). In the community, Forness volunteers with the Food Bank of Western New York. She resides in Hamburg, N.Y.

Cindy Gracon serves as Commercial Loan Support Administrator and SBA Specialist in the commercial loan division at Evans. She is responsible for providing customer service support for small businesses and internal process training; she is also the Evans liaison with the local Small Business Administration (SBA) Office.

Gracon rejoined Evans in 2007. She previously served as an Assistant Branch Manager in the Evans Hamburg office. Gracon studied at the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds an Associate degree from Erie Community College. She holds a Lender Diploma from the National Association of Guaranteed Government Lending (NAGGL), a certification developed for the SBA’s 7(a) guaranty loan program. In the community, Gracon is a longtime volunteer with the Hamburg Kiwanis Terrific Kids program. She resides in Orchard Park, N.Y.
